A huge international boost to RAK's reputation through Wynn's already well established name within the hospitality industry is widely expected with an anticipated 3.5 million tourists per year to RAK by 2030. Following the opening of the resort we expect investor confidence in RAK to surge further and create a snowball effect in solidifying confidence in other developments already announced or under construction such as: Mirasol II, Quattro del Mar and Solera to name but a few.
